My LMF II is field tested
I am an avid knife collector. I have to say one of my favorites is the Gerber LMF II infantry knife. Its strong and is designed to be used in the worst conditions. I love the way it forms in my hand, its lightweight and very affordable. The tanning explained if engineered by an ex-military, and has been field tested. I particularly love how the LMF II knife has a stainless steel serrated blade. I really like Gerber knives in general, but this one stands out because of its versatility. I took it with me on a camping trip, and it came in handy when I needed a hammer. You can use the and of the handle on the hammer, still works perfectly because I forgot my toolbox in the car. I personally have never used this but Ive heard that the original butt cap can cut glass. Its made of stainless steel and designed so you can exit a vehicle or helicopter in case of an emergency. Of all the knives in my collection, The Gerber LMf knife has to be in my top five
